A virtual event is an event you host online for either your clients or colleagues. Simple, right? But have you thought about how valuable they are going forward? Not to worry – we share exactly why virtual events are important and why you should be holding them for your salon, going forward.

The beauty of virtual events is their accessibility! You can either host an open event on social media or make it more exclusive by retailing tickets through a third-party platform. Combined with the right promotion to attract clients to your website, you’ll be filling seats in no time.

Livestreams make for a great virtual event, as they connect with clients in real-time to answer questions. These quick and informal events are great for trade shows or an interview with an industry expert (such as yourself)! Webcasts are great for frequently asked questions or topics that don’t require additional input, like a webinar does. These can be recorded and hosted online for staff to access it whenever they need.
