These details come from a recent report by small business advice service, Informi. They revealed that many salon operators and those working in hair and beauty are not claiming expenses for materials, tools, rents and vehicle costs for mobile therapists.

“Many don’t realise the various costs which can be negated via allowable expenses. These are essential costs that help keep a business running, that businesses don’t have to pay tax on,” confirmed Huw Moxon, marketing manager at Informi.
