THE JOURNEY SO FAR
Since Journey Hospitality acquired Premier Software on Monday 27th March, there have been plenty of steps taken to tailor our products and services more to your needs. Here are just a handful of updates that have happened since then:
1: We have combined our teams, such as support and implementation to offer four to five times more resource than before
2: Journey has brought with them an expanded portfolio of products and services, including onejourney® and GIFTED
3: A larger investment in our engineering team to enable further modernisation of our tech products, features and user experience.
There’s plenty more in the pipeline, too. We’ll be happy to catch you up on more changes in the coming months. Watch this space!
WELLNESS PRODUCT DEMAND RISES 783%
Online beauty retailer, Cult Beauty, has revealed that demand for female wellness products has risen by 783%.
The numbers are the result of analysis of internal sales and Google trends data over the last 12 months. The results also reveal a 220% purchase increase year-on-year for women’s health products, with perimenopause products rising by 69%.

UK SPA ASSOCIATION SPRING NETWORKING EVENT
The UK Spa Association’s spring networking event has been announced for 6th June!
Taking place at The Nici, Bournemouth, the event will see spa industry professionals gather to establish connections and showcase their company. Starting at 10:00 a.m., the event is available to attend for free by UK Spa Association members, £99 (+VAT) for spa operators who aren’t members, and £375 (+VAT) for spa suppliers who aren’t members.
