How to help clients and staff rest easy with Hotel Perfect

Hotel Perfect’s Property Management System (PMS) is the ideal partner application for Core by Premier Software®. Designed to transfer data from one system to the other, both Hotel Perfect and Core communicate effectively to ensure the client journey, from booking to billing, is as smooth as possible. Here are five ways both systems integrate to offer you key benefits.

Live data communication

Hotel Perfect and Core benefit from a two-way integration. This means when staff place a booking in the PMS, these details will transfer into Core. That includes client information such as their name, contact details and marketing preferences. A poller then communicates this data live across the two systems at the time of creation.

Setting up package bookings

Core enables you to set up a bundle of treatments and items under a package. Using individual codes set up in Core, Hotel Perfect can identify the correct packages, such as ones with popular treatments and items for a staycation. These can then be retailed to clients when booking their reservation.

Two-way bookings and reservations

When booking a spa or leisure package as part of a hotel reservation, details will be passed from Hotel Perfect to Core. This includes dates, how many people are staying, their room number, names, any specific booking rate and their package. Once the details are in Core, your reservation team can schedule any spa or leisure items with the clients.

Room billings for retail

Once a client checks in for their stay via Hotel Perfect, they are free to purchase items anywhere on-site, including from the spa and health club. These items will be set up and purchased in Core, with charges posted back to the client’s room using their room number. Any charges can then be reviewed back in the PMS, ready for check out.

Payment upon departure

When a client is ready to depart, staff can provide an itemised bill through Hotel Perfect. Clients can then select their preferred method of payment, with the details then shared in Core. This ensures the correct payment is made to the right income centres using both systems.
