In partnership with Monek, the Premier Payment Solution is an all-in-one platform that provides a seamless way to take payment. Supporting all major credit and debit cards, the system streamlines your payment procedure to create a simple and secure method of transaction.

Payment can be taken in a variety of ways.

You will have a choice of Chip and PIN terminals if taking payment in person, including a countertop version for busy reception areas or a Wi-Fi option to process transactions anywhere when clients require privacy. Both types of terminal accept contactless payment and have an intuitive menu-drive interface, adding to the convenience of use.

Payment can also be taken over the phone using a ‘customer not present’ function. This integrates with your till to allow on-screen payments, checking that the paying card is registered against that client and address. This method is ideal for reservation systems and for taking deposits.

Most importantly, you can take payment for appointments, gift vouchers and more online through Premier’s payment gateway. This works by connection to Online by Premier Software, processing payment there and then over the web.*
