Premier Software’s 20-year partnership with Guestline has provided two integrations that help spa and health club operators to streamline bookings. Guestline Rezlynx PMS integration
Core integrates with Guestline Rezlynx PMS through a two-way interface. This is designed to offer a seamless, full-service guest experience through automation. Staff at the hotel can book, update, and cancel reservations with spa and leisure packages through Rezlynx PMS. This is then created in the Core diary in real time.
During the guest’s stay, all staff members have up-to-date visibility of residents. This ensures any charges are billed accurately to the visitor’s room. A clear breakdown of items purchased is then passed back to Rezlynx PMS for check-out.
Full financials are also provided to Rezlynx PMS in real-time, providing a clear breakdown of spend across all departments.
Guestline EPoS integration
In addition, Core integrates with Guestline EPoS. This is beneficial when day guests or members using the spa and leisure facilities visit the hotel’s restaurants. Guestline EPoS looks for the guest record in Core to post charges back to their account, or redeem a prepaid voucher, in real time.
All purchases are posted back to Rezlynx PMS to be included in their itemised bill at check out.
