Presenting the integration process

Discover how the integration works from onboarding through to receiving payment.

  • Onboarding
    Work with Buyagift and Red Letter Days' expert account managers to craft enticing copy for your spa packages. You remain in control of quantity and availability.

  • Selling
    Clients can purchase your experiences via the Buyagift or Red Letter Days websites. Recipients can choose from an e-voucher, envelope, or gift box.

  • Redeeming
    Redemption will trigger the booking to appear in Core. Staff can then schedule treatments which will trigger an automatic booking confirmation.

  • Scheduling
    When clients redeem their voucher online, you can collect lead guest details, upsell additional guests and gather the date and time of their desired visit.

  • Payment
    There is no need to manually redeem paper vouchers. Buyagift and Red Letter Days will automatically send over payment in line with agreed payment terms after redemption.

  • Portal
    You will have access to the relevant partner portal, detailing vouchers purchased and how many are left to be redeemed. You will also receive a monthly statement of payments made.
