Reservations
Through Core and OPERA’s two-way integration, staff can secure bookings, check-in clients, and cancel visits in both systems in real-time. -
Profile Sharing
When a client makes a hotel reservation, their details (in addition to any amends) are automatically synced with Core. -
Appointment Itinerary
Appointments, facilities and group activities booked are recorded in the Activity Schedule in OPERA for confirmation on check-in. -
Room Posting
Additional purchases can be posted back to the client’s room using their first name, surname, room or reservation number, ready for billing upon checkout. -
Payment
All payment methods are mapped between Core and OPERA to provide complete transparency on transactions. This can happen during or at the end of their stay. -
Financials
Revenue is allocated to the correct revenue centre and sales itemisers to provide a clear breakdown of spend across departments.
